- Do I need to enter an e-mail address and password to check out?

When checking out, one of the first things you are asked for is an e-mail address and a password. THESE ARE NOT REQUIRED FIELDS - YOU CAN COMPLETELY SKIP OVER THIS SECTION!

This section is for a RETURNING CUSTOMER who already established a password with us. But again, this is not a required field. Simply skip this section and begin entering your billing information.

After typing all your billing information into the form, you will be able to give us your e-mail address and choose a password, only if you want to. This also is not required. If you enter an e-mail address and password, it will make it easier for you when you place your next order. On your next order, simply enter the e-mail address and the password you chose, and all your billing information will automatically come up, saving you from having to re-enter it.

Once again, entering your e-mail address and password is not required to order on-line. If you do not have or cannot remember the e-mail address or password, you can continue checking out because we do NOT require you to enter information into these fields.

- Should I turn off my pop-up blockers when placing an on-line order?

- Yes and No. When you add an item to the shopping cart, you will receive a "pop-up" notifying you that you have successfully added the item. If your pop-up blocker is on, it will block the pop-up, leaving you unsure if the item was actually added to the cart or not. The item DOES get added, even though you did not receive the pop-up. To confirm this, simply click "Current Order" at the bottom of the screen to check which items you have in your shopping cart. So, it is best to have the pop-up blocker turned off, but your items will still get added to the cart even if the pop-up blocker is on.

- What our your hours of operation?

- Our order lines are open 8am-7pm M-F, and 9am-2pm on Saturdays. Our pick up hours are 9am-5pm M-F, and 9am-2pm on Saturdays. Our technical line is open 9am-5pm M-F only. We are closed on Sundays. All times listed are E.S.T.

- Are the insert rings/ferrules automatically furnished with the iron/wood heads?

- No, they are not. You are required to order the proper inserts/ferrules that your club heads require.

- Is my customer number on my catalog?

- Unfortunately, the 2005 catalog does NOT have your customer number on it. It will be on an invoice from your most recent order or on any sale flyer we may have sent to you. Please make every attempt to have your customer number ready when calling.

- When do your new year catalogs get shipped?

- We try to have our new year catalogs shipped in early February. ALL customers will have a catalog mailed to them. If you do not receive it by the the beginning of March, please call us and we will ship another one to you. If you have a different winter address, please give us that address prior to the end of January so we can mail it to your correct address.

- Yes, we now have headcovers for the Hybrid Clubs. Please click on "Accessories" and then "Headcovers".

- Do all titanium heads come with free headcovers?

- No, they do not. Only those heads that state a headcover is supplied with each purchase will include a free headcover.

- Do you sell individual iron pieces?

- We sell 5, 7, AW, SW, and LW's in mostly all our iron sets. We will do our best to get you a single piece to replace one you may have lost, if it is for a set you have previously purchased from us.

If your credit card is not accepted, it is usually one of three things. 1)Your billing information you entered does not match that of the credit card. Please check the billing information you entered. 2)The credit card number is incorrect. Check the number you entered to make sure it is correct. 3)Your credit card was cancelled or you were sent a new card.

- Where can I find the specifications on the club heads, shafts, and grips?

Presently, we do not have a feature on line that has the club specs listed. All the specs are listed in our catalog. If you do not have our catalog, we will be glad to mail it to you. However, the fastest way to find the club specs is to click on "Free Catalog", then download the catalog to your computer. Then, all the specs will be available to you right away without having to wait for the catalog in the mail.
